Business Development Manager-TTL/ATL/ Rural Marketing

 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the
industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
 Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;

researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service

Business Analyst

 Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
 Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
 Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires,
and opinion polls
 Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions
 Analyze data using statistical software
 Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written
reports
 Prepare reports and present results to clients and management
 Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
 Strong analytical and critical thinking
 Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
 Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen

Community Manager

 Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing
strategies
 Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
 Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
 Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
 Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
 Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
 Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and
features
 Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and
journalists

Manager Engagement:

This role shall lead the Engagement team:-

 Should be highly proficient in Social Media
 Have knowledge about consumer touchpoints
 Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact

 Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
 Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
 Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers
 Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
 Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
 Work with sales teams to generate new business
 Prepare reports on project performance

Manager Acquisition:

This role shall be to lead the Acquisation team:-

 Person should be well versed in SEO, Media Buying, Affiliate Marketing or/& PR.
 Should be proficient enough to create strategy based on research
 Oversee day to day function of the acqusation team.
 Should be able to create digital pitch.
 Understand client briefing.
 Maintenance and updation of prospect databases.
